The advertising packages outlined below are designed to help artists spread their message through highly targeted advertising at dramatically reduced rates. Through AdCast, artists can promote their art and/or projects to the millions of art lovers who visit deviantART from across the globe everyday.

Advertisements for the AdCast service appear to non-subscribers, on non-subscribing user pages, in the Community Board frame below the user's profile information and above user comments.
Please note that AdCast campaigns are approved on a case-by-case basis. deviantART reserves the right to refuse a campaign at any time.

The following cannot be advertised using the discount artist advertising rates:
- Anything having to do with a corporation other than deviantART, Inc. and its affiliates.
- Anything that is not specifically promoting art, or art related subject matter.
The following can be advertised using the discount artist advertising rates:
- The promotion of your prints or the prints of another artist on deviantART is OK.
- The promotion of non-profit art centric organizations is OK.
- The promotion of art or artist related events, such as gallery openings or exhibits is OK
This service is meant for individuals and art groups only.
When purchasing advertising using AdCast, you'll be asked to upload or create a banner. Uploaded banners must be jpeg, gif or png files, which are under 45k in file size, and 300 pixels wide by 250 pixels high.
Who or what is ShinyAds?
ShinyAds is a trusted 3rd party provider that deviantART has partnered with to manage and run the AdCast program. When you purchase an AdCast package(s), your payment will be processed through ShinyAds, while deviantART will handle creative review and ad delivery. Reporting of your ad's delivery and performance will be available to you via your individual account login through ShinyAds.
